The Perfect Fit: How to Find Your Exact Phone Model Before You Order

We know the feeling—you’ve found the perfect case design, and you can’t wait to get it on your phone! However, ordering the wrong size is a common mistake that leads to frustration and delays.

Did you know that an iPhone 16 and an iPhone 16 Pro might look the same in pictures, but their cases are definitely not interchangeable? To ensure your new case fits like a glove, please take 30 seconds to verify your model using the simple steps below.

1. Apple iPhone

Apple offers many models that sound similar (Pro, Max, Plus). Here is the foolproof way to check:

  • Step 1: Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  • Step 2: Tap on General.

  • Step 3: Tap on About.

  • Step 4: Look for Model Name.

Pro Tip: Even if you think you have a "standard" iPhone, check if it says "Plus" or "Pro." A 6.1-inch case will not fit a 6.7-inch phone!

2. Samsung Galaxy

Samsung has a massive variety of A-series, S-series, and Z-series phones. Because names can be confusing, always check your settings:

  • Step 1: Open Settings.

  • Step 2: Scroll all the way to the bottom and tap About Phone.

  • Step 3: You will see the Model Name clearly displayed at the top of the screen (e.g., Galaxy S24 Ultra).

Pro Tip: Pay close attention to the "Ultra" or "FE" designations, as these models have very specific camera cutouts that differ from the base models.

3. Google Pixel

Pixel phones are sleek and stylish, but the "Pro" and "A-series" models vary in size and button placement.

  • Step 1: Open your phone's Settings app.

  • Step 2: Scroll down and tap About Phone.

  • Step 3: Look for Device Name or Model.

Why Does This Matter?

Even a difference of a few millimeters means:

  • The buttons won't line up correctly.

  • The camera lenses might be partially covered.

  • The charging port might be inaccessible.

Still Unsure? If you have checked your settings and are still worried about the fit, please take a screenshot of your "About Phone" page and send it to our support team. We are happy to help you double-check before we ship your order!

I have an iPhone 15 Plus. I don’t see it listed.
